Return policy
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving the order.
(Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on orders placed outside the European Union, as they are subject to import tax, duties, inspections, etc. In addition, return shipments can take several weeks or even months.)
The costs of shipping for returning a product are to be assumed by the buyer.
Return packages must include the invoice of the order for refund fulfillment. The email of purchase confirmation is a valid form of invoice.
Open, used products will not be accepted for return.
One of a kind clothing and accessories, and commission products cannot be returned. Other clothing and accessories can be returned as long as it has only been tried on and does not show wearing marks.
Purchase of products specified as on “sale” are final and can not be returned.
Full refund of the products on the order will be granted to the customer after assessing that all the Return rules have been followed. The customer can choose if they want the refund in the shape of money (this will be done by the same method that was used to pay for the order) or a gift card for the full value of the order (without shipping costs).
In the case of products damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@mercurea-shop.com and we will offer further assistance and replacement, if possible.
