One last announcement

And it´s an important one: Over the years we´ve all seen the enshittification of the lovely place internet used to be; we´ve specially felt it within social media platforms, how with the passing of time more of our information was taken and used, at the bare minimum, for commercial purposes, and whenever we raised our voices the answer was that we had accepted the terms of use of the platforms and by that given our consent for this. Now meta is taking it a step beyond, and including in those terms that whoever uses their business suite, the tool that is forcefully implemented if you have a business page/account, you´re giving your implied consent for them to go to whichever links you have in your profile (i.e. your shop or portfolio) and have it scraped by bots and AI agents, under the guise of “preserving” and “facilitating its access”, but the fact remains nevertheless that the terms are so vague they can do with it whatever they want. As such I´ve rushed a decision I was long considering: To delete all my presence on any social media platform that does not protect their users information. At long last, both my facebook page and my instagram account will be eliminated on 17th November.
It´s not a sad thing, as I said, something I was contemplating for a long time (I haven´t had personal meta accounts for a bit over a year already, and am focusing on containing the internet again within the boundaries of the computer) but I understand for some it´d be confusing because, where will they be able to know what I´m making next?
